摘要
再燃是一种清洁燃烧技术,可以实现锅炉低NOx排放。着重阐述了再燃技术基础及其反应机理,以及天然气、煤粉和煤浆等不同再燃燃料对锅炉NOx排放的控制效果和各自特点。不同燃料的再燃特性和运行成本有一定差异,根据燃料特点和使用经济性来选择再燃燃料,可以满足现有锅炉污染控制的经济要求和环境要求。
Fuel reburning represents a kind of clean combustion technology, which is conducive to realizing low NOx emissions for boilers. The authors have focused on an exposition of the technical basis of the reburning technology and its reaction mechanism as well as the effectiveness of various reburning fuels, such as natural gas, pulverized coal and coal slurry, in controlling boiler NOx emissions and their respective specific features. There exists for different fuels a definite difference in reburning characteristics and operating costs. The selection of reburning fuels on the basis of fuel specific features and application cost-effectiveness can meet the economic and environmental requirements of pollution control for boilers currently in operation.
