摘要
定量描述了燃煤冷热电联产系统降排CO2特性条件,对影响联产系统CO2排放的一些因素作了具体分析,提出以冷热电联产系统CO2降排率作为联产系统环境影响新的评价指标。结合国内实际情况,阐明在目前情况下发展冷热电联产是减少温室气体排放量的有效措施之一,是实现可持续发展目标的有效保障。
A quantitative description is given of the characteristic conditions of CO2 emission reduction for a tri-generation (electricity, heating and cooling energy) system. A specific analysis was conducted of the influence of some factors on CO2 emissions by a tri-generation system. It is proposed that CO2 emission reduction rate of a tri-generation system be put forward as its new evaluation index of environment impact. In the light of the actually existing situation in China the development of the tri-generation system can be considered as one of the effective measures for achieving a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, thus serving as an effective guarantee for realizing a sustainable development target.
