小鼠发情周期观察与最佳超排时期的确定 被引量:20

摘要 实验以阴道涂片的方法观察ICR小鼠不同发情周期阴道上皮细胞的变化类型,并同时记录其外阴部的特点,根据小鼠不同发情周期所表现出的阴部特点依次将其分为发情前期(实验1组)、发情期(实验2组)、发情后期(实验3组)、间情期(实验4组)4个实验组别。超排处理后比较不同实验组与对照组(发情周期未观察小鼠)的超排效果。实验结果表明:处于阴道口紧闭的间情期和外阴略肿胀呈粉红色、阴道口开张、腔内浆液性液体较多的发情前期小鼠在超排成功率、每只小鼠平均可用胚胎数上均好于对照组和其他组别。 The various type of vaginal epithelial cells were observed at different estrous cycles in ICR mice by the method of vaginal paint , and characteristics of the vagina were noted.Based on the characteristics of external genitalia, the experiment animals were divided into four test groups, proestrus group(group 1), estrous group(group 2), metestrus group(group 3) and dioestrus group(group 4). After superovulation treatment,the effect of treatment in the test groups were compared with that of in control groups(the mice which estrous cycles were not observed). The result showed that the dioestrus mice which vaginal orifice were close and wet, and the proestrus mice which external genitalia were slightly swell and pink, vaginal orifice were patulous and with a mass of serous liquid ,were better than control groups and other groups in the success ratio of superovulation treatment and the average number of available embryos in each mouse.
