摘要
从供试的土壤中分离得到50个细菌分离物。经平板抑菌实验,筛选出10个对菌核菌(Selerotiniascleroti orum)有明显的拮抗作用的菌株。进一步对峙培养,拮抗细菌对菌核菌的拮抗效果最佳的为A03和DE,测其抑菌带宽度分别为6.3mm、12.1mm。
Fifty bacteria strains were isolated from soil samples.With plate bacteriostasis assays, 10 strains showed obvious antagonisms against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the strains A03 and DE were the strongest.Their widths were 6.3mm and 12.1mm,respectively.
