摘要
笔者调查了北京地区小豆生产的基本情况、营销状况及产业化状况, 分析了北京地区小豆生产的自然资源、生产环境质量及生产基础和技术条件的资源优势, 进一步研究了小豆市场格局及国际、国内竞争力。提出北京地区要培育高科技含量的小豆品种, 走产业化道路, 实行标准化生产, 创绿色品牌特色。具体策略为: “公司+科研+基地+农户+标准化”模式, 即龙头企业带动, 科研单位的科研成果、人才和技术支撑, 稳定的规模化生产基地辐射周边农户参与订单, 并实行统一的标准化生产。
The writers investigated the situations of Adzuki bean production,distribution and industrialization in Beijing region,reviewed nature resources,the quality of production surroundings and the advantages of resources in productive elements and technical conditions.t the same time,and the Adzuki bean market pattern and its international and domestic competition,snggested that breeding Adzuki bean in Beijing region, the productive way should be industrialization,the production should be standardization and the feature should be “green mark”.The detailed strategy is the pattern:“company + scientific research + base + farmer + standardization”,videlicet,company drives,technological production sustains,enlarging manufacturing dimensions,planters participate in order form and carry out uniform standardization production.
