美国玉米群体主要农艺性状的配合力分析

Analysis on Combining Ability of Major Characters in Maize Populations

笔者对新引进的12个美国玉米群体按griffing4 双列杂交模式设计, 组配66 个单交组合。笔者分析了株高、穗位高、千粒重、单产等14个性状的配合力参数。结果表明:(1)美群3、美群7、美群9和美群11在产量、穗长、行粒数、穗重和穗粒重上都具有较高的一般配合力。美群3、美群7 在改善株型、提高产量有更为突出的表现。(2) 高产组合中最少要有一个一般配合力较高的亲本群体。(3)初步筛选出美群5/美群7、美群5/美群11、美群9/美群11、美群3/美群7、美群7/美群8、美群3/美群9、美群3/美群11、美群3/美群8等8个强优势组合。

12maize populations were used to analysis the combing ability of 14 characters, which are yield, plant height, ear position, and so on. 66 single crosses were made according to Griffing's method 4. The result showed that: (1) the general combining ability of population MQ3, MQ7, MQ9, MQ11 in main characters were better. The hybrids formed among these 4 populations performed well. (2)To get a hybrid with high yield, at least one of the parents must be good at general combing ability. (3) 8 high yield hybrids were got, which were MQ5/MQ7, MQ5/MQ11, MQ9/MQ11, MQ3/MQ7, MQ7/MQ8, MQ3/MQ9, MQ3/MQ11, MQ3/MQ8.
