红曲固态发酵生产洛伐他汀的实验条件优化

Optimization of Experimental Conditions on Lovastatin Yield Through Monascus

笔者对洛伐他汀固态发酵的8个重要影响因素进行了正交实验设计, 并根据正交试验水平极差计算选取了高产洛伐他汀的优化水平组合, 即温度25 ℃, 周期11 d, 碳源为可溶性淀粉3%, 补水量自第3 天开始为10%, 不加硫酸镁, 0 1%磷酸二氢钾, 氮源为0 2% NaNO3, pH值4 5。

In this experiment,the operational factors on lovastatin yield by solid-state fermentation were studied by orthogonal design. The result showed that the optimum conditions was temperature 25℃, 11d of fermentation time, 3% of soluble starch as additive carbon source, 10% of water supplement from the third day, no MgSO (4)and 0.1% of KH (2)PO (4), 0.2% of NaNO (3) as additive nitrogen source and pH 4.5.
