摘要
“角顶”运动是依据内蒙古草原上的玩耍活动———“顶牛”创编的一套完整的健身运动方法。该运动对头、颈、脊椎、腰背及四肢都有一定的健身意义; 对心肺功能有较强促进作用。是进行快乐体育的好教材, 是休闲、娱乐与健身的好方法。积极推广该运动对发展少数民族体育运动有较强的现实意义。
The “Jue Ding” sports is a complete method of htalthy body.It is created on the basis of the games of playing 'Ding Niu' on grassland in Inner Mongolia. The sports plays some healthy body roles for head, neck, backbone, waist, back and arms and legs .It plays promotive roles for the function of heart and lung . It is a good teaching material for happy sports and is a good method for relaxing. Spreading the sports positively has greater practical meaning for developing minority nationality sports activities.
