摘要
采用实验室鉴定的方法, 研究了20个大豆品种的芽期抗旱性。在30%的PEG6000高渗溶液培养条件下, 种子吸水速度快、萌发时间短、吸水率小、相对发芽势和发芽率高的品种, 具有较强的抗旱性。试验鉴定出丹豆6, 海94 和蒙城小黑豆等3份抗旱性种质。
The drought resistance of 20 soybean cultivars was studied in laboratory. It was shown that the cultivars with high water absorbing speed, low water absorbing rate, short germination time and high relative germination speed and percentage had good drought resistance in the culture with 30% PEG (6000) liquid. Three better accessions Dandou 6, Hai 94 and Mengcheng Xiaoheidou ware screened out in the trial.
