四肢横纹肌肉瘤的综合治疗──附45例报告

COMBINED THERAPY TREATMENT OF LIMBES'RHABDOMYOSACOMA REPORT OF 45 CASES

我院采用术前肿瘤区域动脉化疗、术后追加局部放疗和全身静脉化疗、治疗四肢横纹肌肉瘤４５例，５年生存率达７１％，远处转移及局部复发率分别降至２０％、１８％。本组局部切除加冷冻术与单纯截肢者疗效无明显差异，提倡在综合治疗下行保留肢体术。文中对手术范围、化疗和放疗提出了一些体会。

patiets of Limbes'rhabdomyosacoma were treated with preoperative arterial Chemotherapyat the area of the tumors and postoperative radiotherapy, Venous Chemotherapy in our hospital.The fiveyear Survival rate was 71%, the rates of metastasis and recurrence were 20%、18 %. TheCurative effect has not differed distinctly between these patients of local resection with cryotherapy and amputation. The operation of preserved limbes is recommended with the Combined therapy.Some Viewes are provided for operative scope、 radiotherapy and chemotherapy in this paper.
