镍基焊接材料高温失塑裂纹的研究现状及研究趋势 被引量:18

摘要 高温失塑裂纹DDC(DuctilityDipCracking)是一种出现在奥氏体不锈钢、镍基合金、铜基合金和钛合金等许多工程材料中的显微裂纹。简单介绍了高温失塑裂纹的发展过程,重点论述了镍基焊材中该裂纹的试验方法和产生机理,简要分析了评价该裂纹的试验方法的优劣,并对其防止措施做了简单的介绍,最后对该裂纹的研究趋势做了展望。 Ductility dip cracking is a micro - crack that occurs in a number of engineering materials, including austenitic stainless steel, Ni - base alloys, Cu - base alloys and titanium alloys. In this paper, the development process of ductility dip cracking is summarized, and experiment methods and mechanisms of the cracking are discussed in detail. The merits and disadvantages of the experiment methods estimating the cracking are analyzed, and the preventive measure is introduced simply, at last the prospect of research development of the cracking is predicted.
