摘要
考察了有抗菌作用的常用中草药26种,其有效成分的结构中具有多元极性共价键O—H键(糖基的O—H不计入)或N—H键的一般都有抑菌作用。中草药成分中带有三个以上的O—H键(或N—H键)分子结构的,具有很广的抗菌谱。《药物的化学键振动共振杀菌抗病毒机理》一文阐明了抗菌药物杀菌的主要原因是其化学键振动的波长等于某种细菌的长度时发生共振。
We report tests on a wide rang of sterilization examples, including 26 representives of Chinese Crude drugs.Of them this components containing the polar covalent bonds O—H and N—H exhibit the sterilizing effect, except O—H bond of carbohydrates.Thus, the hypothesis of “the sterilization mechanism of chemical bond vibration resonance” presented by our previously paper is further verified. The resonance at which the wavelength of a chemical bond vibration is equal to the size of a baterium is responsible for killing of the bacteria.Having studied all the Chinese crude drugs with more than three bonds of O—H and (or)N—H in molecular structure, having a wide anti-bacteria spectdrum.
