摘要
对Ti/PbO2 阳极在氯化钠稀溶液和浓溶液中电氧化生成活性氯进行了研究. 实验表明,氯离子浓度、温度、电流密度、pH值、电极材料、隔膜等因素对活性氯的电解生成有很大影响, 且在氯化钠浓溶液和稀溶液条件下差别很大. 实验中发现, 溶液中活性氯的生成采用Ti/Ru Ti Sn氧化物涂层阳极优于Ti/PbO阳极.
Electrochemical generation of active chlorine in diluted and concentrated NaCl solutions was investigated at Ti/PbO_2 anode. The active chlorine yielded by the electrolysis was significantly affected by the concentration of chloride ions, temperature, current density, pH, electrode material, diaphragm. The effects of above mentioned factors are comparatively different in diluted and concentrated NaCl solutions. It was found that the active chlorine produced in the solution was consistently higher at Ti/Ru-Ti-Sn oxide coated titanium anodes than that at Ti/PbO_2 anodes. The results may provide as much information as possible for the practical use of electrochemical treatment of industry wastewaters.
