摘要 运用新制度经济学的研究范式,分析东南亚华商管理模式的结构特征及其演化机制,包括家族式组织和控制结构、基于个人信用的独特的外部交易关系网络、隐性知识的累积和传导机制、多元化和多国性的战略倾向、投资经营中的机会主义行为等。这种管理模式长期存在而且能够发挥重要作用,主要是因为华人家族、企业制度、文化网络中存在非效率问题的非正式制度安排机制。 A paradigm of new institutional economics is used for analysing the structure and its evolution of the Chinese businesses in Southeas t Asia. The important charasteristics inquired in the paper include the paternal istic structure of organization and control, distinctive external transaction ne twork based on personalised credit, strategy choice to diversification and multi nationalization, accumulation and transmission mechanism of implicit knowledge, and opportunistic behaviours in business and investment. Why the management patt ern has survived and played an important role is that inefficiency can be correc ted by some informal institutional arrangements coming from the Overseas Chinese families, their business system and cultural networks.
