皮肤Merkel瘤伴急性粒细胞性白血病──附1例光镜电镜观察及文献复习

MERKEL CELL TUMOR ACCOMPANIED BY ACUTE GRANULOYTIC LEUKEMIA (A CASES REPORT WITH A REVIEW OF DOCUMENT)

报告１例皮肤Ｍｅｒｋｅｌ瘤伴急性粒细胞性白血病，Ｍｅｒｋｅｌ瘤极为罕见，来自皮肤的Ｍｅｒｋｅｌ细胞，该细胞系感觉触觉功能细胞，属ＡＰＵＤ系统细胞，ＡＰＵＤ细胞分布全身各个脏器，具有分泌多肽类神经内分泌细胞。电镜下瘤细胞胞浆内含大量带膜神经内分泌颗粒。本病例同时患有两种性质完全不相同的肿瘤。文献上报导罕见。

Skin Merkel tumor in a patient with acute granulocytic leukmia is presented in the report.Merkel tumor is a rare disease. Merkel cells of the skin are involved in sensory reception. It is assumed that Merkel cell is a touch receptor.This type of cells belongs to neuroendocrine cell system, the so-called APUD system in the past. The most imPOrtant function of neurendocrine cellsis secreting certain Polypeptide. Electron microscopically, the cells of Merkel cell tumor contain numerous membrane bounded electron-dense neuroendocrine granules in the cytoplasm. Both Merkelcell tumor and leukemia occured in a patient have not been rePOrted elsewhere.
