摘要
随着全球经济一体化的发展,跨国公司已日益成为世界经济命脉的掌控者。本文试图站在跨国公司与跨文化管理背景下,从大量的案例调研结果出发,结合现代管理理论的研究演进分析,提出跨国公司管理者素质结构的基本模式。
Along with the global economic integrative development, the multinational companies have increasingly become the master of the world economic vitals. This paper attempted to bring forward the basic pattern of the multinational manager's quality structure according to the results of the abundant case research combining with the deduced a conclusion from the modern managemental theory research under the background of the multinational companies and cross-cultural management.
