摘要
虚拟企业是适应科技迅速发展和经济全球化趋势而产生的企业动态联盟,这些企业可能来自不同所有制、不同地区、不同国家,其劳动力的组成具有明显的多元化特征,这就要求虚拟企业必须实施多元化管理。文章探讨了虚拟企业实施多元化管理的成因,以及劳动力多元化对虚拟企业的影响,提出虚拟企业从激励、沟通、领导方式、人员培训和契约制度的完善等角度实施多元化管理的几点思路。
Virtual organizations refer to some dynamic alliance responding to the tendency of rapid development technology of the and economic globalization, the members of which may come from different regions, nations whose cultures are in conflict. And the labor force is characterized by the diversity of culture in its make-up, which requires the diversification of management. This paper discusses why it is necessary for the virtual organizations to manage diversity, and how it can exercise influence on the virtual organizations, and in the end, motivation, communication, leadership style, training and contract system should be established and improved to implement the diversification.
