摘要
高科技企业是以集中开发异质性人力资本获取创新利润为目的的组织机构,人力资本的异质性分为专有性和专用性,企业人力资本治理的要求是通过一系列制度、管理措施激励并约束专有专用性人力资本。高科技企业的人力资本治理模式与传统企业不完全相同。
This thesis judges hi-tech enterprises are organizations which exploit heterogeneous human capital to get innovative profit. The heterogeneity of human capital can be divided into specificity and exclusiveness in other sight. The governance of human capital in enterprise requires a set of institutions and measures of administration in order to motivate and tie specific human capital and exclusive human capital. The governance models of human capital in hi-tech enterprise are not the same as those in traditional enterprise.
