The Research on Innovation of Financing Modes of Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises

科技型中小企业在国民经济中发挥着重要作用,但融资困难一直是困扰其发展的重要因素。文章首先简要回顾了企业融资相关理论,介绍了国外发达国家科技型中小企业的常见融资方式,并探讨了影响我国科技型中小企业融资方式选择的因素;其次,重点分析了我国科技型中小企业可能采用的创新融资工具;最后,提出了相关政策建议。

High-tech small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in national economy,but they have difficulties in financing. Firstly, This paper reviews financing theories, and introduces financing modes in developed countries. Secondly,it studies financing factors of high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises.Then,it analyzes innovation of financing tools in our country.At last,it puts forward some policy advices.
