摘要
知识创新是企业知识管理的核心,正确分析和评价企业的知识创新能力,对于促进企业知识创新、提高企业知识管理水平以及增强企业竞争优势,具有重要的现实意义。文章构建了企业知识创新能力的评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价模型对企业知识创新能力进行了综合评价。
Knowledge innovation is the kernel of enterprise's knowledge management,and it's very important to advance the level of knowledge innovation and competition of enterprise that analyzing and evaluating knowledge innovation ability of enterprise accurately.The judgement system of enterprise's knowledge innovation ability was estabished,and the enterprise's knowledge innovation ability was analyzed by fuzzy judgement model in this paper.
