伴嗜伊红细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生（附9例临床病理观察）

本文报告９例伴嗜伊红细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生的临床病理学研究。６例女性，３例男性。除一例外均发生于耳壳或耳的周围。病变位于皮肤或皮下，２例为多发性，其余病变为单发性。显微镜下，所有病变组织学形态基本相同，以血管增生伴有炎症细胞浸润为特征。增生血管有成熟和未成熟两种，后者伴有内皮细胞增生。炎症细胞包括有嗜伊红细胞、淋巴细胞等。淋巴细胞可形成淋巴滤泡。根据本组材料观察，显微镜下特征似乎和病程有关。

Abstract This is a report about the clinicpathologic study of 9 cases of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. Six cases of these were female and 3 male. All of these occured on or around ear excepted in one case In two cases there were multiple lesions, in the rest there were solitary lesions All of the lesions located in the skin or subderma, Microscopically, all of the lesions had essentially the same histologic pattern. A characteristic feature of the lesion was vascular proliteration intermixed with inflammatory cells infiltration. The vascular proliferation was composed of both mature vessels and immature vessels with the proliferation of endothelial cells. The imflammatory cells included eosinophils, lymphocytes and so on The lymphocytes can form the lymphoid follicles According to the study of these cases, the microscopic feature seems to relate the course of disease.
