采用预应力空心楼板与干式地面结构的地板采暖的可行性研究 被引量:5

Feasibility study on Floor Heating by Application of Prestressed Concrete Hollow Floor and Dry Floor Structure

摘要 本研究将建筑技术与供热技术相结合,分析探讨了在地板采暖建筑中通过寻求改进楼板构造与地板结构的技术措施,克服现行地板采暖应用中存在的荷载加大,地面填充垫层易出现开裂、安装维修困难以及地板采暖与装修缺乏配合等问题。给出了采用预应力圆孔楼板和取消混凝土填埋垫层的干式地板结构的地板采暖新设想,并对其可行性进行了相应的实验测试和工程实施验证与初步的经济分析。 In combination of building construction with heating technology, the improving measures for floor structure and construction in floor heating were found out, so that some problem such as increase of load, cracks in the filling layer, difficulties in installation and maintenance, and lack of coordination between decoration and floor heating both can be solved in using of floor heating. This research presented a new design in combination of prestressed concrete hollow floor units with a new dry floor structure without the filling layer of concrete. The idea proved to be feasible by experimental tests, the floor heating project and the economic analysis.
