Numerical Simulation of the Low Pressure Exhaust Hood in a 300MW Air-Cooled Steam Turbine

摘要 使用NUMECA的Fine/Turbo软件,数值模拟研究哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司300MW空冷机组低压排汽缸内三维粘性流动的细节。通过使用该软件的CondensableFlow模块以及特有的给定总焓和湿度的边界条件,研究考虑湿蒸汽凝结以及边界条件的不同给定方法对排汽缸内流动以及流动参数的影响,结果表明,边界条件的给法和湿蒸汽工质对排气缸模拟结果影响显著。 The 3D viscous flow in the low pressure exhaust hood of a 300MW air-cooled steam turbine of Harbin Steam Turbine Co. Ltd. was numerically calculated by using Fine/Turbo software of NUMECA International. The Condensable Flow model in the software and its special boundary conditions of total enthalpy and humidity were applied to investigate the influences of wet steam condensation and different boundary conditions on the flow field and flow parameters in the exhaust hood.The results show that there is important influence of boundary conditions and wet steam on exhaust hood simulation.
