摘要
随着我国正式成为世界贸易组织的成员国,投资主体愈加多元化了,项目在人们的生产和生活中已占有重要的一席之地。传统的项目管理方法正面临着新的挑战,项目经理在项目管理中,应如何发挥其作用,实现项目的最终目标,已成为各项目相关者关注的焦点。
Since China became one of the member countries of world Trade Organization(WTO),the principal part of investment gets further pluralized.The status of project is more and more important in people's daily life and production.The traditional project managerial procedure is being challenged,how can the project manager's role be given full play in order to attain the goal becomes the focus interested in by all parties related to the project.
