摘要
指出进入WTO时期之后,我国的工程监理要与国际工程监理接轨,强化工程监理的地位和作用,有助于我国工程监理制度的良性发展,有助于提高监理企业的监理水平、能力和经验,扩大监理影响力。
After joining WTO,the doings and system of domestic engineering supervision shall conform to those used in international project contract market and the status and fuction of project supervision shall be intensified.Only in this way,the Chinese engineering supervision system can be developed well,supervising level,capability and experiences of all supervision companies can be improved and supervision effect be extrended.
