三相异步电动机Y-Δ降压启动的可靠性设计

摘要 指出三相异步电动机的启动电流较大,会导致电网电压下降,给线路造成较大损失,直接影响到在同一电网中工作的其它电动机。针对上述情况,并考虑到设备容量、运行状况、保护措施等情况各异,笔者设计了应用于不同场合的降压启动控制方案,可提高控制系统的可靠性。 It points out that once the starting current of three phase induction motor becomes high,voltage drop in electric network and huge power loss on transmission line may occur,thus directly affecting other motors operation working in the same network.In connection with the situations mentioned above and in consideration of different conditions of installed capacity,operational status and protective measures,a scheme for Y-Δ reduced voltage starting control which suits to various working fields has been put forward in the paper with the aim at promoting the reliability of control system.
