摘要
由于750/80液压旋回破碎机的液压缸设计不合理,在运行过程中,液压缸里的中摩擦盘因转动产生的离心力使其偏离球面定位而甩出,并碰擦上衬套而出现故障。改进设计:在中、下摩擦盘中心孔的空间设置1个挡轮,制止中摩擦盘沿径向运动。实践证明,这一改进设计是成功的。
As the original design of 750/80 hydraulic gyration crusher was unreasonable,the friction tray could easily deviate from the hydraulic cylinder due to centrifugal force caused by rotation and could rub the upper lining to leave a severe hidden trouble when it was working.After the improvement of the design,a stop wheel has been installed in the central holes of both middle and bottom friction trays,thus effectively preventing radial running of the middle friction tray.The practical operation has proved that the improved design is successful.
