摘要 预防分离器的事故发生,提高其可靠性并延长其安全使用寿命,对于油气田安全生产具有十分重要的现实意义。文章通过对引起分离器发生失效的各个因素进行系统分析,建立了以分离器失效为顶事件的失效故障树,并结合分离器在使用过程中的一些不确定影响因素,将故障树分析和模糊综合评判相结合,对分离器进行了失效因素的分析和可靠性评价。实例分析结果表明,将故障树和模糊综合评判相结合用于分离器的可靠性分析评价是可行的,其分析评价结果对提高分离器可靠性具有指导意义。 Separator is very important to prevent the separator from accidents, improving its reliability , and expanding its life for safety of oil & gas production. Fault tree analysis can be used to trace out the logic causality of the invalidation of system and parts. The common influencing reliability of separator can be determined. The separator in operation often has some indetermination features. The combined method of the fault tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive is established to evaluate the reliability of separator. The article analizes all factors that may make the separator failure, and builds a fault tree with failure of separator as top event. Based on the analysis results of the fault tree, some real calculation and analyses were carried out. The practical application indicates that the fuzzy comprehension evaluation methods is feasible to evaluate the performance and reliability of separator. Based on the evaluated results, the measures for improving the reliability of separator can be established.
