摘要 在现代机械制造业,网络技术的应用为产品开发和生产并行工作创造了条件。网络环境下,CAPP除了具备工艺管理与设计功能外,应注重解决工艺设计各个专业口之间、CAD与CAPP之间、CAPP与ERP之间的信息关联、沟通和共享。CAPP系统应建立在CAD平台上,从网络上读取CAD图形信息和属性信息,作为工艺设计的依据。工艺设计的各专业口应将公用信息和相互关联的内容互相传递,并相互引用,保证工艺内容的统一。CAPP系统需要建立一个开放的资源管理器,保证系统方便快捷地录入各种内部与外部数据,最大限度地利用国内外最新科研成果和成功的数据资源,建造CAPP强大的数据库,跟踪企业工艺技术、设备、刀具等工艺资源的不断变化,提高工艺设计的水平和指导性。 The application of Internet technology creates a new working condition for the products' development and production in the modern machinery manufacturing industry. In the Internet circumstances, a great importance should be put on CAPP for communication and common application among the different subjects of the technical processes, between CAD and CAPP and between CAPP and ERP. The system of CAPP should be established on the CAD platform and obtain the CAD’s graphic and property information from the Internet as the designing bases. All the subjects of the technological processes can be exchanged and cite the common information and concerned content independently, as it will keep all the technological processes coincided. The CAPP system should set up an open resource management to keep all the inside and outside data recorded freely and quickly, utilize the latest scientific achievement and successful data both from the domestic and overseas, establish a powerful data source for CAPP, catch up with the continuous changes of the process technique, equipment, tools and other process resource to promote the processes design and its instruction ability.
