摘要 对一例127mm×9.19mm钻杆刺穿事故进行了调查,对该刺穿钻杆进行了裂纹分析、金相分析,并对该钻杆材质进行了全面检查,认为钻杆刺穿是属于早期腐蚀疲劳失效。钻杆内加厚过渡区形状不够理想以及钻杆材料抗腐蚀性能较差是发生失效的主要原因。 An investigation was made into the accident of 127×9.19 mm drill pipe piercement with internal coating. A fracture analysis and metallographic analysis were made on the drill pipe. And an all-around qualitative examination was done. It was found that the piercement of the drill pipe belonges to early corrosion fatigue. The figure of the transition zone in internal heavy zone wasn't ideal. And the character of corrosion resistance was very weak. Thereby, they were main causes of the drill pipe failure.
