摘要
根据液动锤随钻监测仪的要求与技术参数,设计了基于单片机的钻井液压力检测与记录系统。详细论述了传感器信号处理电路、单片机控制电路的组成与工作原理,给出了系统控制软件的工作流程。通过试验证明,所设计的系统具有集成度高、功耗低、工作可靠等特点,可以实现预期的功能,具有推广应用价值。
According to the function and tech-requirement of working recorder of hydro-percussive tools, the system is designed based on micro-chip computer. The analyses is done of the construction and working principle of signal-treatment unit and MCU in detail.The process flow chart of software is also given. The system is characterized with small size,low power consuming and high reliability. The system can be widely used in drilling engineering.
