摘要
针对齐鲁石化公司热电厂2号锅炉存在的“三管”泄漏率高、燃烧不稳定、受热面腐蚀和漏风、热效率低等问题,对水冷壁、省煤器、空气预热器等进行了改造。改造后,彻底解决了“三管”泄漏问题,锅炉热效率提高至91%,年综合经济效益达1022万元,效果显著。
Directing against problems of high leakage rate on “three kind pipes”, as well as unstable combustion, corrosion and air leakage of heating surfaces, and low heat efficiency of boiler No.2 in thermal power plant under Qilu Petrochemical Company, technical retrofit of the waterwall, the economizer, and the air preheater has been carried out. After retrofitting, leakage problems of “three kind pipes” have been thoroughly resolved, enhancing heat efficiency of said boiler to 91%, annual comprehensive economic benefits reaching 10.22 million yuan (RMB).
