摘要
将软测量技术应用于电厂锅炉全面监视及精确调整系统,基于软测量技术获得锅炉运行中一些重要参数的估计值。介绍了系统,并分析了软测量的建模手段和系统中使用的神经网络建模算法,最后以炉膛出口氧量软测量为例说明了软测量模型的实现。
Soft sensor technology is applied in boiler monitor and combustion adjustment system. Some important process values are obtained base on this technology. The monitor and adjustment system is introduced. The model-building method and neural networks algorithm are analyzed. A sample of O2 content in flue gas of power plant is put forward to show the accomplishment of soft sense model.
