With the advancement of computer technology and the development of Internet, the network is used in a much wider range. At the same time, some problems are occurring and the lack of IP address is especially prominent. In this case, the gradual replacement of IPv4 with IPv6 is moving closer. Technical application of IPv6 is briefly introduced as well as its commercialization process.
