18例阴道壁肿瘤临床分析

Clinic analysis of 18 Cases with vaginal wall tumor

资料系我院１９６５～１９９２年，手术治疗、病理诊断，１８例阴道壁良性肿瘤．其中阴道平滑肌瘤６例，中肾智囊肿７例，付中肾管囊肿２例、纤维瘤２例、卵巢冠纵管囊肿１例。本组重点叙述了阴道壁平滑肌瘤的来源、误诊原因，诊断要点和治疗。

Cases with benign vaginal wall tumor diagnosed by pathalogy were reported. There were 6Casts with Vaginal leiomyoma, 7 Cases with cyst of mesonephrotic duct, 2 cases with cyst ofparamesonephrotic duct., 2 cases with fibroma and 1 cases with cyst of parovarian. The source ofvaginal leiomyoma, cause of misdiagnosis main points of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
