摘要
目的:观察重组水蛭素(Recombinanthirudin,Rh)对实验性白内障的影响和对眼的刺激性。方法:采用D-半乳糖诱发哺乳期大鼠白内障模型和亚硒酸钠诱发哺乳期大鼠白内障模型进行试验,并用家兔进行眼刺激性试验。结果:Rh能减轻D-半乳糖和亚硒酸钠诱发哺乳期大鼠白内障模型的晶状体浑浊度,升高晶状体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,降低晶状体丙二醛(MDA)含量,对家兔眼无刺激性。结论:R-h对实验性白内障具有较好的防治作用,对眼无明显局部刺激性。
AIM:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of recombinant hirudin on cataract in experimental models irritation study on rabbit eyes.METHODS:The models of cataract induced by administration of galactose and sodium selenite to rats were established and irritation study was carried out on rabbit eyes.RESULTS:It was found that recombinant hirudin decreased the opacity of the lens,increased SOD wires of the lens and reduced malondialdehyde(MDA) content of the lens on selenite cataract and galactose cataract,recombinant hirudin had no irritation on eyes.CONCLUSION:Recombinant hirudin had significant effect on cataract in experimental models and no irritation on eyes.
