摘要
针对邢钢烧结厂大烧结机主抽风机振动大的问题,从剖析主抽风机检修数据入手,认为烧结机废气温度高是引起风机振动的主要原因。通过调整入口锥、风门开度、主抽风机与电机之间的联轴器对中等措施,保证了主抽风机稳定运行。
By analyzing the data got in examining and repairing of the main exhaust blower, it is considered that the blower's severe vibration is basically caused by high temperature of waste air of sintering machine. With measures adopted to adjust entrance taper, open of air door, and alignment of the shaft coupling between blower and motor, the main exhaust blower can keep in steady operation.
