摘要
目的研制有机硅氧化物类口腔黏膜药膏及对其基质进行评价。方法采用处方主药为醋酸地塞米松和盐酸达克罗宁,基质材料为低取代羟丙基纤维素等有机硅氧化物组成。将本品的基质与Orabase进行离体模拟以及在人体口腔黏膜黏附时间比较实验观察。结果本基质离体试验的黏附时间为Orabase的76%,在人体口腔黏膜的黏附时间为Orabase的80%。结论该制剂基质由医用原料组成,工艺简单可行。配方对皮肤黏膜无毒、无刺激性,对阿弗他口腔溃疡及其他口腔炎症等疾病起到迅速止痛、抗菌、抗炎、和促进溃疡愈合的临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE To develop oral mucosal ointment of organic silicon oxide and evaluate its matrix. METHODS Dexamethasone acetate and hydrochloride dyclonine were used as major prescription drugs,matrix materials was composed of organic silicon oxides, LS-HPC celluose.The matri of this ointment and orabase were Tested in vitro and on human oral mucosa.Their adhering time was compared and observed. RESULTS In vitro, the adhering time of the matrix was 76%of the time of orabase.On human oral mucosa,the adhering time of the matrix of this ointment was 80%of that of orabase. CONCLUSIONS The techrique of this ointment was simple and feasible.The ointment was not innoxious and irritative for skin and mucosa.The ointment has rapid acesodyne, antibacterial,antibiotic effect and can accelerate the concrescence of ulcer for aphthous oral ulcer and other oral inflammations.
