摘要
运用SEM和XRD等手段,研究了掺杂对Y5V钛酸钡陶瓷材料结构和性能的影响。SEM和能谱的研究结果表明:掺杂促进了材料的烧结,Nd5+聚集在晶界的位置,形成针状的晶粒。XRD结果表明,掺杂材料中有新相形成,掺杂组分能够促进钛酸钡材料居里点向低温方向移动,并促进介温曲线平滑。还发现,由于还原气氛烧结,材料中电导损耗增加导致介质损耗上升。
The effect of dopant on the structure and property of barium titanate based Y5V ceramic was studied by means of SEM and XRD. The results show that the sintering was improved because of the presence of the dopant. Nd5+ are aggregated at the grain boundary and needle shape grains are formed. XRD results show that new phase is formed in the sample. The Curie point of the material shifts to the low temperature because of the existence of the dopant , and the dopant makes the dielectric constant-t curve more flat than that of the pure barium titanate. It also shows that as sintered in reducing atmosphere,the dielectric loss of the material increase.
