摘要
为了提高大型铝电解电容器的使用寿命,电极箔生产过程采用四级化成、多级处理、加入添加剂的方法,提高氧化膜的致密性,减少漏电流。做成400V,6800×10–6F/cm2的铝电解电容器,经过90℃,5000h的高温寿命试验,其各项参数依然良好,分别为ΔC/C<1.99%,tgδ<9.27×10–2,IL<2100μA。
To promote the useful life of the large type aluminium electrolytic capacitors, it adopts four times forming, many times depolarization and to add the addition in the production of the electrode foil. At the application of these methods, fine and close oxide film is improved and the leakage current is decreased. After the experiment of high-temperature load at 90℃ for 5 000 hours, the aluminium electrolytic capacitors of 400 V 6 800×10–6 F/cm2 by above electrode foil making, still have good parameters, Δ C/C<1.99%,tgδ<9.27%,IL<2 100 μA。
