摘要
研究了Nb2O5、La2O3、ZnO、NiO的加入对CaTiO3陶瓷的烧结和介电性能的影响,并对影响机理作了初步探讨。结果表明:选择合适种类和数量的添加剂能够降低CaTiO3烧结温度并能在1260~1300℃之间烧结,该材料的温度系数为–1000×10–6℃–1,在10kHz~20MHz的相对介电常数为175、介质损耗为10–4,是一种理想的高频热补偿电容器材料。
The influence of the additives such as Nb2O5, La2O3, ZnO, NiO on sintering and dielectric properties of CaTiO3 ceramics was investigated. And the mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the proper additives can be decreased the sintering temperature and CaTiO3 can be sintered between 1 260℃ and 1 280℃. The temperature coefficient of CaTiO3 is found to be –1 000×10–6℃–1. At 10 kHz to 20 MHz,the material dielectric constant is 175 and dielectric loss is 10–4.The ceramic can be used as thermal compensation capacitor material.
