摘要
从国外引进的抗根肿病大白菜杂交种中分离出大白菜抗根肿病自交系48个,并利用抗病自交系9617CR80-2-1和感病自交系华白2-3-196-954-1-85-1的F1、F2及BC1,对大白菜抗根肿病遗传规律进行了初步研究,确认大白菜根肿病遗传由一对显性基因控制。
The inheritance of resistance to clubroot in Chinese cabbage was studied in the experiments with F1, F2 and BC1 of resistant inbred line 9617CR80 -2-1 and sensitive inbred line Huabai 2-3-196-954-1-85-1. The results show that clubroot resistance of Chinese cabbage is determined by a dominant gene.
