苏格木勒GC指纹图谱的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the GC Finger Print of Sugemule

目的:研究建立蒙药苏格木勒GC指纹图谱的方法.方法:利用毛细管气相色谱法对不同品种的苏格木勒提取物进行分析,选择适宜的程序升温条件,并利用GC色谱图确认特征的指纹信息.结果:获得了较为理想的包含特征信息的苏格木勒GC指纹图谱.结论:用本研究确定的分析条件所获得的指纹图谱可较全面地反映不同品种苏格木勒的化学成分,为苏格木勒药材的质量控制提供有效手段.

<Abstrcat>Objective:To probe into the method for GC finger print of Mongolian medicine:sugemule.Methods:The extracts from different varieties of sugumule were analyzed through capillary GC with the appropriate temperature programming.The distinctive fingerprint information was obtained through GC.Results:The ideal GC finger print of sugemule containing distinctive information was obtained.Conclusion:The finger print obtained in this study in the difinite factors embodies comprehensive information about the chemical constituents of different kinds of sugemule.This research provides an effective means for quality control of sugemule.
