手术治疗胃十二指肠急性穿孔93例临床体会

The Clinical Experience on 93 Cases of Gastro-duodenal Ulcer's Acute Perforation with Surgical Treatment

目的:为探讨胃十二指肠急性穿孔的手术治疗情况.方法:对所收治的胃十二指肠急性穿孔的118例病人中的接受手术治疗的93例病人进行研究、分析,并随访2～3年.结果:胃十二指肠急性穿孔病人大部分需要手术治疗,且不同的病例选择的手术方式不同.结论:胃十二指肠急性穿孔患者除少数病例可行单纯修补术加抑酸剂治疗外,还应以及早手术治疗为好,并尽可能行胃大部切除术.

<Abstrcat>Objective:To discuss the surgical treatment for gastro-duodenal ulcer's acute perforation.Methods:Out of 118 patients who were taken in our hospital with ulcer's perforation,93 patients underwent the surgical treatment and were studied,analyzed and followed up by 2～3 years.Results:Most of the patients with the acute perforation need surgical treatment,and moreover,different ones need different surgical methods.Conclusion:Among patients with gastro-duodenal ulcer's acute perforation,a few of them could be cured by sheer prosthesis and antacid,for the others,it was more advisable to be given early surgical treatment,especially subtotal gastrectomy.
