猪粪、牛粪、羊粪沼气发酵比较试验 被引量:27

摘要 本试验在相同发酵浓度、同等体积及相同温度的条件下,比较羊粪、牛粪、猪粪三种物料的沼气发酵,通过对比三者气体中的CH4含量、H2S含量、PH值等发酵参数,探索在沼气发酵过程中各种参数的变化情况,对比试验表明猪粪在厌氧发酵过程中易发生酸化,而羊粪、牛粪(尤其是羊粪)则不易发生酸化,基本上不影响产气量。在保持相同发酵浓度、同等温度的条件下,发酵气体中CH4含量的大小顺序为牛粪>羊粪>猪粪,但H2S含量顺序为猪粪>牛粪>羊粪,牛粪、羊粪H2S含量相近,而猪粪则比它们高3倍左右。猪粪的发酵液最臭、颜色最深,其次为牛粪,羊粪较弱。 In this experiment, the biogas fermentation with dung of sheep、cow and pig under the same concentration 、volume and temperature were compared. Investigating the change of the every index by contrast H2S content and PH value and other fermentation parameters of the three fermentation materials during the process, also, making a preliminary analysed study on its theory, the result shows that, pig dung acidified easily during the process of anaerobic fermentation, while sheep dung and cow dung, acidifying is rare and has less influence on the gas yield; under the condition of the same fermentation concentration and temperature, the sequence of CH4 content is cow dung, sheep dung, pig dung, but H2S content in the rang from top are pig dung, cow dung, sheep dung . The highest one, pig dung's, is about three times more than the sheep dung's and cow dung's; the smelliest and deepest fermentation liquid is the pig dung's and followed by cow dung's and sheep dung's.
