良性前列腺增生症患者术后谵妄的影响因素

Clinical analysis of postoperative delirium in BPH patients

目的探讨良性前列腺增生症患者术后发生谵妄的影响因素。方法回顾性分析170例良性前列腺增生症患者开放性手术的临床资料。对术后发生谵妄的病例研究其影响因素。结果术后发生谵妄13例,发生率7.65%,其与年龄、睡眠状况和使用的药物有关。结论在围手术期改善患者的一般状况、慎用药物是预防术后谵妄的关键。

Objective To explore the influential factors leading to postoperative delirium in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 170 cases of BPH patients who underwent operation. The postoperative delirium was recorded and the influential factors were analyzed. Results 13 cases (7.65%) expressed postoperative delirium, which was related with age, the state of sleep, and the drugs which the patients had used. Conclusion It's concluded that the improvement of physical conditions during operations and cautious use of drugs might be a useful way to prevent the occurrence of postoperative delirium in BPH patients.
