摘要
通过连铸水口接缝吸气原理的分析,建立了水口接缝吸气方程,且用该方程计算的吸气量与实验分析进行了对比。为了避免水口接缝吸入空气和简化保护浇注现场操作,提出了利用密封料密封水口接缝的保护方法。
An absorbing air equation has been set up by analyzing absorbing air principlesat nozzle join t gap in the con tin uous casti n g p rocess. The computation results with the help of the e-quation are accord with experiment analysis, In order to avoid air′s entering between the nozzle jointand simplify the practice operations of steel stream protection,the protection method that the nozzlejoint gap is sealed by sealant has been put forword.The experimental results showed that effects ofprotection were noticea ble.
