摘要
由于残疾人就业关乎其自身的生存和发展及社会的安全运行,故日显突出并广受关注。本文以法律社会学的视 角对残疾人就业的制度安排和功能设计展开分析,运用实证材料对残疾人就业法规的运行及功能实现的障碍加以考察。
This article makes a probe into the employment of the disabled persons from the angle of legal sociology, analyzes the institutional arrengement and functional designation of the disable persons from the theoretical levels, inestigates the employment law functioning and the obstruction of functional carrying out throught using the substantial data ,then puts forward ways to carry out the functional designation of employment regulations concerning the disabled persons.
