Nowadays, with the development of economic knowledge and science technology, talents become the key factor of increasing national power and the international competitive power. Library is on institution of higher learning's center for books and intelligence. So we must strengthen the construction of the team of librarians. We must regard improving librarian's qualities as our duty-bound task and attach great importance to it.
