摘要
针对合金钢方坯连铸结晶器内钢液的流体流动,采用二维激光测速仪测定了4孔水口下结晶器内垂直平板壁面附近不同区域的流体运动速度。同时,根据对数壁面律,用回归方法导出不同壁面区域附近的对数壁面律方程和相应的经验常数,得到了结晶器壁面附近区域流体速度分布规律。
In view of liquid steel flow in mould for C C alloy steel billets,the flow velocityof fluid in the different zones in the vicinity of vertical wall on condition of four hole nozzle hassystematically been measured by Laser Doppler Anemometre(LDA).At the same time,according tothe logarithmic wall law,logarithm ic wall law equations near by differen t wall zones and ex-periemental constan ts have been derived by regression method,The velocity distriution law near bywall in mould is obtained.
